carbs, carbs, carbs!

I have been trying to reduce my carb intake as they tend to bloat me like crazy but find them hard to avoid as i enjoy pasta,chilli ect. does anyone know of any alternatives to rice or pasta or tasty recipes ? :)

  • I have heard good things about butternut squash spaghetti. As far as rice, if you are eating white rice, I would recommend switching to brown rice. I hope this helps a little.

    If they are bloating you, it may be due to an intolerance of gluten. Try gluten free sources.

    This, and, well, in a lot of places we don't put noodles into chili so I don't see that as a problem lol
