what would construction equal to?

I would like to know what an hours worth of construction would be equal to in exersize? I am currently renovating the basement and spending my "free" time building walls, drywalling etc. I could not find it in track excersize :( Anyone have any ideas?

    In case anyone asks, I do not normally do this activity. My real job is more of a desk worker.

    When I have something weird like that, I just log it as walking. 2.0 mph if it's easy work, and 3.0 if it's more moderate work. It's really difficult to accurately measure so I do something that should be an underestimate.
