Good Supplements ?

I know there is no magic pill for losing weight; Caloric Intake Reduction (new PC word for diet) and Exercise. I am working out 5 days a week and have been better about my eating however I really want to know if anyone uses anything to help boost. I am right now taking a Cinnamon supplement twice a day which is supposed to help with processing sugar . I also take a B complex to stimulate my metabolism ... does anyone know of anything else? :smile:
