Hi wonder if anyone can help with a rice query I have. When counting calories for rice do you go by the dry weight or the cooked weight?
Thanks.
Thanks.

I usually use the dry. It I cook it in water, it doesn't add calories. If I cook it in stock, I use the recipe thing, and put the rice and the stock and whatever herbs, then how many servings that makes, and it gives me an approximate calorie count for a single serving.0
