MFP Goals - help needed

I have modified the default goals on MFP food tracker as I want to increase my protein intake and lower my carbs, sugar and sat. fat levels.
Can someone tell me how many grams of sugar and carbs are considered to be low carb/sugar? Also, how much sodium is too much and how much calcium is a good level? Any advice much appreciated? I am currently on around 75 grams of carbs and 20g of sugar and sat. fat each.
