Hello Everyone,
I am new to this and I had a question about the calorie count. I notice my daily calories go up when I input my exercise. Should I be eating the added on calories or should I stick to my original total for the day?

You should eat them.....at least half anyway. Otherwise, you wont be getting enough calories.0
