Hi all,
I work at a university and am too cheap to buy an on-campus parking pass, so I start and end my day work day with a very brisk 15-minute walk (a little more than a mile). Any thoughts on whether I should log this as exercise, or should I factor it into my everyday activity level? Right now I have myself as "sedentary" since I sit the majority of the day. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I'd just leave it alone unless you see huge amounts of weight dropping.0

My walk to and from the train station everyday adds up to 2 miles. I don't log it. I just figure it's part of my normal daily activities.0
