I'll re-introduce myself. I am a 36 year old mom of 2 (15 & 12yr olds) and have been on my own personal fitness journey for about a year and a half. Worked out so much this past year with at home programs and am now almost exactly where I want to be fitness wise and weight wise. I just wanted to encourage you to stick with it. Its so easy to quit and then start and quit and start but through my journey I've found to find support in others that are in the same mind frame as you. I have a private group on FB that has helped many women keep their eye on the prize. You're welcome to join just send me a PM. Find a partner. Whether its in your neighborhood, family member, at your gym, online...etc.. their is free support all over. Find a buddy. You'll see that it will help hold you accountable and keep you extremely motivated.
I workout about 4 times a week and use MFP religiously. I LOVE MFP.
