Stronglifts. It was developed for men, but lots of women do it.

I went to www.bodybuilding.com and found a lot of great exercises. They have any kind you would want and break it down by muscle group. I also like that they have videos that show you the proper way to do an exercise. No more anxiety at the gym about whether or not you are doing something wrong.

Lifting has been a wonderful thing for me. Good luck to you!

strong lifts, starting strength, new rules of lifting for women, you can also check for routines on bodybuilding.com

also there is no such thing as a women's lifting routines. unless of your you're somehow involving your ovaries and fallopian tubes in the process. muscles are muscles regardless of the gender

    Try this:

    Deadlift
    Overhead press
    Chin ups or pull downs
    Squats

    Rest 3 mins in between

    Repeat 5-6 times.

    bodybuilding.com has some nice routines.

Also simplyshredded.com. I am currently doing the Ultimate Guide to Lifting for women. Not as time consuming as the one I did from bodybuilding.com and it has added to my progress.

^This. The difference will be in how your body responds. You won't be getting bulky so get at it!! Besides, the awesome ladies who lift on my FL may want to chime in here!
