:explode: :mad: What I don't understand is when you put in how many reps and sets you do, its like nothing was done. Do you not burn any calories by doing abdominal crunches or something? Advice.

    You do burn calories but who the heck knows how much. I dont think you burn alot thow.

    I read somewhere where the most you can burn is like 50 lol shoots oh well calories really dont matter with crunches. That is just helping you tighten your stomach. Crunches really dont get rid of anything.

    You may not burn many calories right away from weights...but, muscle burns more calories than fat does at rest. So, it's a good idea to get those muscles going and building some along the way! :)
