Hey, Liv here

Hi everybody.

My name is Liv and I live in the Vancouver area. In 2012 I added workouts to my weeks. I really love kettlebell training, but when it moved back inside I stopped going. I really love working out outside, even if it's 6 am. Although I did watch my diet, I didn't really use weight (yes muscles et ceter, but still).

My goal is to lose 10 kilo's. I really need to lose 7 to have a healthy BMI again. I just bought Ripped In 30 by Jillian Michaels and use MyFitnessPal as an app. I know it's going to be hard!
