ok so sounds weird but is actually so good my friend made some the other day.

so u need:
-1 avocado
-1 banana
-1/2 c. cocoa powder
-1/2 c. agave
-1/4 c. coconut milk

BLEND all together in a food processor and chill in fridge. serve chilled with fruits (bananas, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries are good :) enjoy)

All my protein shakes and puddings have avocado, protein powder and coconut milk as the base. If I make a fruity cheesecake shake or pudding, I toss in the fruit and Jello sugar-free cheesecake mix into the blender and let chill for a bit in the freezer. My favorite is probably frozen blackberries and blueberries.

ignore the rejects who have no life except ruining cool posts by going all grammar police on them. I thought you did it as a cute play on the words. lol people need to lighten up.

also I am totes going to try this and I love the idea of basing shakes with avocado protein and coconut milk since water makes it BLAND and I am lactose intolerant.

Tank yew four da post I haz injoyed et. ;-)

I have everything except the coconut milk but I'm going to go get some. This sounds like it could be amazing!

it looks just like chocolate pudding but the flavor is wow! u can definatly tell theres advocados in there and u can make it without the banana but its gives it more of a fluffy texture

What a great idea. This is the first time I've heard of such protein shakes. I plan on giving this one a try and experimenting with others.

It tastes great frozen as well. I make this and eat half then freeze the other half. I don't use coconut milk though.
