Best low cal/fat dinner and lunch!! Love shrimp?

Best lunch/dinner EVER!!! Filling and very low calorie!! (I doubled the recipe so i could have it for supper too!) 2 Cans of Progresso Light Roasted Chicken and Vegetable, a bag of shrimp (I got the 30-40 count 15 ounce) put in a pot and mix in about a table spoon of Mrs. Dash Garlic and herb blend (salt free) put on medium heat for id say bout 20 min till the shrimp gather flavor....430 calories TOTAL andddd enough for lunch and supper and enough left over calories for a side like a roll!! :D
