So ready for a change.

Hi everyone :)
I tried myfitnesspal before and lost motivation to sign in everyday.
I'm back and I'm giving it another go.
I want to lose a little, and tone alot.
I'm a young mom of three who works full time. I want to/need to exercise, but the sofa just looks so darn comfy when the rush is over at the end of the day. I need all the motivation I can get!

    I'm not a mom. I"m a single man. But I hear you. After a long day at work, I'm just too damn tired. I plan all day to workout but any excuse will work to get out of it. So I've done something that I never thought I would be able to do. I hired a personal trainer to workout with IN THE MORNING. Granted you have kids so that may be impossible. But I'm learning to stop using that word when it comes to making time to workout. I get up at 615am, Workout with my trainer only 2 days a week from 630 - 730am, and then I get dressed and go to work. AMAZING how much stamina I have when I workout int he mornings. I absolutely HATE getting up to workout, but I do it anyway and every single time - I'm glad I did when its over. I also come home those days and am happy that I deserve to just RELAX. :-) Also, one other thing. I bought a Nike Fuelband that I wear and it counts my steps all day and converts to calories burned and it sets a goal that I attempt to reach throughout the day. It's great because it constantly reminds me that I need to get up and move. So at lunch, I walk out of the building and walk downtown a bit just to get that number up. Hope this helps. Today is my first day of getting back on here after months away. I am at my heaviest weight in my life - not a good place to bee when I'm older today than any other day of my life. :-) BEST OF LUCK TO YOU - AND ME! :-) I want this to be the year that I actually make this work! PS - I found that my Facebook friends are HUGE support fans of me doing anything. So turn there if/when you can. :-)
