I need a list of good normal whole foods!!

Ok, so I am looking for more good wholesome foods to add to my reportoire of nosh. I am trying to stay away from things in boxes, bags and with extensive lists of ingredients as part of my new eating regime. As a single mom, price is also an issue. I have lots of fruits and veggies, kale, spinach, ect ect. I also have discovered the joys of quinoa and couscous. I like tuna fish and salmon. Just seeing whats out there, maybe there are some new and interesting goodies I haven't tried that I can incorporate in to my diet so I don't get bored and go back to the bad stuff!! I'll try just about anything so looking forward to seeing some new goodies that can be found in your local grocery or whole food store. :bigsmile:
