Week 9 C25K....what's next?

I am on day 2 of week nine of my C25k program and I love the structure of the program. It was great to feel a good workout without killing myself and actually see the improvements in running. I want to keep the progress going so does anyone have any similar workouts and/or programs that you can suggest? I am considering starting out with a beginner Cross-Fit program here but not sure if I am ready for that just yet.

  • I'm just starting C25K (W1D2) but I have seen a 10K app that is a bridge from where C25K leaves off. Perhaps that will help!
