Best fitness class to lose weight/ tone up

Im looking into joining some fitness classes as I have a treadmill at home but I can't seem to stay motivated to use it. What classes would you suggest are most effective at losing weight and toning up? Im kinda shy so ideally classes that are just for females. Ive looked at classes around me, checked what they involve on the internet however as I'm new to all of these, I have NO idea where to start!

    Toning up is losing weight (fat) and having muscle. That said, the right class for you is the one you'll enjoy and stick with. Incorporate that with some weight lifting and get your diet in check (which it may be) and you should be good to go. Consistency is the key.
