The Last Monday

As far as I can remember, every Monday I started a new diet. It seems my whole life I have always been on a diet. When I was younger I was much more successful at loosing weight. No matter how crazy the diet or how unsafe it was, I could loose the weight. However, as time and age will have it, my sucess at loosing has become harder and harder as I have aged. Funny thing is that I finally realize that I could have saved myself a lot of time, been on less diets and enjoyed my Mondays a lot more if I had developed much more healthy eating habits. Well it is never to late for that, and because I never give up I am still focused on getting my weight down to an acceptable level for me. So no more Mondays for me. I am committed to eating for good health and exercising for good health. Most of all I am committed to me, being the best me!
