curry dish that is out of this world!

If you like black beans, chick peas and artichoke hearts you're going to love this recipe!!
I made it minus the tomatoes. Our 2 youngest are allergic. You have to add the lemon. I tasted it first before adding the lemon and it was so so. Added the lemon juice and OMG!!! HEAVENLY!!
Our youngest is a very picky eater but is trying to build his muscles so he was thrilled when I told him that black beans and garbonza beans are high in protein. He ate it up and he actually loved it!!

I served it over goya yellow rice and made boneless skinless chicken breast that I cooked with EVOO, lemons thinly sliced and mushrooms. Sprinkled a little paprika, cilantro and parsley on all of that and it was delicious.
