Introducing myself

Hi there,
This is a super site for caloric tracking! I am trying to even out my physique..gain a few inches on my upper body, pump up my bisceps a bit and tighten up my lower hip/ thigh area!
I exercise a lot already so weight is not a huge issue for me....I am 5 foot 6 and 130 lbs. I take ballet classes about 4 to 5 days a week, including pointe and also hike with my dogs, do pilates a few times a week and bootcamp and strength training 3 to 4 times a week.
Happy to be on here to track my training and get support :)

    Thanks...I only started on this track about a month ago and then xmas happened and I got sick so I haven't been back to the full regime until now...I love it all though :)
    I am also vegan and trying to make sure I get enough protein to get better muscle tone! Not so easy...

    I have several friends that are vegan with the same issues, and nearly none are as active as you. I am sure there have probably been a number of posts previously on the topic, so you might be able to find some suggestions
