Calories

Can anybody tell me how many calories are in 4 oz. of lean boneless pork chops? Here is a SMALL sample of what I have found on MFP to choose from. The consensus seems to be about 130 calories for 4 oz. But if you look at other websites you come up with anything from 60-90 calories per ounce.

When in doubt, go with the highest estimate.

That is what I usually do - but this is a huge difference - varies from about 130 to 236 on MFP to 540 (from outside websites)

If the highest estimate is an outlier, pick the highest within the median range. 236 sounds good.

Depends on the pig and cooking method. What is your government's definition of lean? Raw and cooked weight will be different due to loss of water and fat during cooking.
