how do I add in 30 day shred to my exercise diary?

    I have the same problem, I do not know how to do, I think you simply can't. That's not very convenient because I can't figure out what exercises i'm doing everyday. I've tried to think about names of exercices I could add instead of "30 day shred", but it's quite complex, especially because i'm French, and I'm not sure to know all the words Jillians Michaels uses. Also, it seems that I can't put ''abs'', or I don't know in which category I could put it. Another question: when you add a cardo execrise, you see how many calories you burn. But if you add something in strenght training, it adds nothing to your calories burnt. Does strenght burn no calories? I'm sorry, my questions are a bit silly but i'm not used to exercising :)
  • I am not entirely sure it is 100% accurate, but when I did shred a long time ago I put it in as circuit training. You are probably buring more calories then the circuit training figures on here, but I doubt you are buring less if you are going at the video full tilt. Worked for me anyway and I still lost! Sadly gained it all back and am now starting again!
  • I log it as circuit training.
