Hello fellow fitness starters and experts :happy: . I am not new to MFP, and I am sure along the way you have read countless other similar stories. I simply needed a break from the daily logging or better yet social networking in general. I am back to kick start the year and its already day 16 and been going strong. Just looking for other like minded individuals that want some motivation along the way to help them get through that extra push. Feel free to add me I promise I wont bite :laugh:
