Crock Pot

I'll be purchasing a new Crock Pot. The one I have is AT LEAST 31 years old, probably older since I had it before I got married. It doesn't have a removeable crock, they just didn't make them back then.
Anyway, some of the features that I would like to have are a locking lid, I do not want something brushed chrome or stainless steel (I'd prefer white ceramic, nothing black), one with a timer and a "keep warm" setting, I would prefer one that is round.
Does anyone own one that meets all or at least most of these criteria? What brand is it?
