Hi!

I've been on MFP for a week and could use some support along the way. I'm 38, and would like to lose about 30-40lbs. I'm active and just started a plant-based diet. I'd like to find others that are in the same boat (or not!) and share recipes and food ideas. The biggest challenge is finding people that have recently turned vegetarian or switched to a plant-based diet. I know you're out there! :) Add me!

    Salads, veggie burgers, avocados, soups, veggie burritos, kale, collard greens, beans like lentils. That's been the extent so far. I cut dairy since I'm lactose intolerant. I still occasionally have eggs and fish. I was a huge meat eater before, but my body seems like it couldn't handle it. I feel much better since I switched.
