Hi all. I am James or Jay. I am a former football and baseball player. Also former heavy lifter. When I was in college I weighed 190, could bench press 360lbs, and had 8% body fat. I'm afraid lide has caught up with me along with my slowing metabolism. Now I am 230lbs, a science teacher and athletic trainer with certifications in Performance exercises and Injury prevention. My goal is to slim down and firm up. So, I have recently began the INSANITY program. So far I am loving it.

Please let me know if you have done this program and have any helpful tips to maximize my experience.
