Wii My Fitness Coach

I am new to myfitnesspal and wondering if there are any other Wii My Fitness Coach users out there. If so, how do you enter the exercises on myfitnesspal?

I use a number of Wii games and use
A) what the game tells me - I know this is usually low, especially now that I have a riser for the step
or a similar activity - I enter Zumba as aerobic dance
