Am I eating enough?

I'm so confused about how many calories I should be consuming daily. My net calories on mfp is 1320 and eat back some of the exercise calories, but never all.
I'm 22, 5'5, 144 lbs and do intense cardio 3 x a week with 1-2 days of resistance training.
My goal is 130-135. I'm looking to drop 1-1.5 lbs of fat a week while toning muscle.
I started working out more before December and went from being in 150-158 lb range to 144-46 lbs. I've hit a major plateau and have not seen any changes on the scale for weeks.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

At your size and your goal, you most likely won't drop 1 to 1.5 lbs week, aim for .5.0

Too ambitious of weight loss given your ultimate goals.
Shoot for 0.5 a week loss and you'll get much better results.0 -
