Tummy always growln

I'm not sure what to do! I am active I work out cardio 4 days a week. I also work in a wear house where I lift and speed walk miles everyday. I am always hungry really hungry I'm not sure where my activity level should be set the excersize I get credit for and what should my cal goal be to still lose? Any advice?
