12wk shred - 32lbs lost

Results from my last fat shred. Fell off my usual healthy eating habits last year while rehabbing from a nasty back injury. Made an unhealthy relationship with a certain local fast food chain.

Lost the weight doing a rigorous program of cardio and weight training along with a proper balanced diet high in protein, moderate in carbs and sort of average in fats.

I think the back pic is from around week 10, I'm actually skinnier than that now but I can't take pictures of my back very easily so I have to get my wife to do it :wink: :wink: :wink: :wink:
