Confused about my cal intake

I'm not sure if my activity level is set correctly. I am active I work out cardio 4 days a week. I also im not sure my cal goals are correct I work in a wear house where I lift and speed walk miles everyday. I am always hungry really hungry to The point my stomach is growlen even though i ate an hour ago I'm not sure where my activity level should be set the excersize I get credit for and what should my cal goal be to still lose? Any advice?
