Calisthenics and using your own body

I've found out that I prefer using my own body weight as a strength training mechanism (even though I still use the boring machines). I do butt lifts, girly push ups, planking, and some other simple moves.

Favorite tends to change every now and then. Pretty stoked about ice cream makers at the moment, fun exercise to do.
