zumba question

I love Zumba and hope to get certified to be an instructor in March. My question is this, do you think out is a bad idea to do 1 hour and 45 minutes in the morning and an hour in the afternoon? I also do 30 minutes of pilates before the afternoon class.

As long as you are getting adequate nutrition and you are not suffering from injuries, then I don't see why not. Just make sure you are fueling that body.0
