5'6", 160, male and trying to shed some fat

hey everyone

myfitnesspal says that I should be eating around 1580 calories a day. does this seem low to anyone? I have a sedentary lifestyle but I workout everyday 5-6 days a week.

    I am 5'7" and rarely do any cardio.. mainly weights every day. I weight 155 steady... eat around 2200 avg...

    That is low... but some changes in your diet should take care of some fat quite easy..
