Hello, my name is Amaro and I just started my journey 10 days ago. I'm using my Power 90 to get into shape. I bought them years ago but never finished. But now I hope to change that and complete the full 90 days. I lost the meal plan so I've been eating what I figure are healthy meals, like lean meats, fish, and chicken. I've been keeping track of my calories and have been under my count it gives me, but I don't think I'm eating enough because I lost 7.4 pounds in my first 5 days, and don't think that's too healthy. So I am open to suggestions for healthy meals to eat for lunch and dinner and to adding new friends.
