Hi All,
I am trying to lose that annoying ring of fat around my waistline. I have lost weight, eat well, do cardio, and even do crunches/leg lifts but still finding it hard to lose it. Can anyone direct me to a link they have have personally used and have seen positive results?

1) You can't spot reduce. Your body will burn the fat where it wants to.
2) The only way to lose weight is by caloric deficit. Eat less than you burn.
3) Cardio is great for losing weight -- both fat and muscle mass. You need to do some serious strength training to gain/retain muscle mass when you are losing weight through cardio/caloric deficit.
4) The exercise I have found most effective when strengthening abs? Squats & Deadlifts. As much weight as I can handle. Plyometrics have also been helpful.0
