YOUR OPINION MATTERS!!! :-)

Hey all.

I have noticed since starting on MFP, I've came across the skinniest, tiniest women I've ever seen in my life & straight away, I press "add friend" - Simply because I wonder why they are that tiny, then I realise, they don't eat.

Longer I've found myself being on here, I've noticed my eating habits have changed. I will avoid eating lunch because I don't want to feel guilty when I have tea later on, I shouldn't be living life like that. I constantly compare myself to women are so much smaller than me and instantly think I am unattractive because I have fat on me. I can't see my ribs or my hip bones.

I have started my journey wrong and now I'm changing it.

My new goals are:
♥ To eat in moderation
♥ Eat more than I am right now
♥ Drink lots of water
♥ Exercise hard and more reguraly

I don't know why women want to have an eating disorder, from the stories I read, the statuses I see and the photo's I've seen, it's really unhealthy, I really care and feel for those who do not want an eating disorder and are trying to fight against it, then there's women on here who WANT one, they just don't understand.
I think this website does wonders for people, but it also destroys people. It completely depends on who you have as a friend on here. I hope all of you will go down the healthy route because that's what I am going to do before I get into an unhealthy habit.

I wanna be able to go out for meals and enjoy myself, instead of thinking "Oh god that has so many calories in it, I wont have that" or avoid having any deserts because I think I am too "FAT", if I eat something with a huge amount of calories in it, I'll exercise, at least I'm not sat there on my bum, moaning & doing nothing about it.

I'm ready to be happy and have fun whilst feeling good about my healthy and myself.

I'd also throw in, to forget about the value on the scales... Concentrate on measurements, and bodyfst%.

I don't weigh myself at all :) every 6 months or something, just when I see some scales infront of me and that's not very often :)
