Local butchers and calories???

Hi everyone, been to my local butchers and brought low fat sausages, they can tell me their 2% fat but they can't workout the calories of each one, how can I woukout the calories to in put to my diary???

I'd select something that you could buy at the store that is similar.... But thats just me0

Ask what the protein and carbs are and do the maths. My guess would be there is whole lot more filler than muscle meat to get down to 2% fat. In general it is healthier to eat more food that looks like it came off the plant or animal and less processed/ ready made stuff. BTW your diary is not locked so I am assuming you are happy to receive comments: you likely aren't meeting the minimum/ maximum healthy eating guidelines of your country, you might want to review the number of servings you have from each food group because your diet looks low in a raft of nutrients.0
