Vitamin Water 0/ Vitarain

Should I be logging the vitamin water as water, or something else? It really is water with added vitamins, right? I usually drink the Costco brand Vitarain, no calories, no sodium, and 1 carb. Thanks!

Not as water, your body doesn't even recognize it as water due to the different color than normal water

Isn't that the one that's being sued for false advertizing?

I would log it as snacks if it has calories (not sure how it could have carbs but no calories, since carbs have calories by definition). If it's 0 calorie I wouldn't log it unless you're tracking sodium (many 0 cal drinks have some). As for logging water, it's kind of a personal preference. I log mine but I don't worry about it too much since I drink a lot of other 0 calorie fluids.

I looked it up in the database, some have entries of 120 calories, other say 0. Not sure if that's a difference in flavors or what but check your label to be sure.
