What should I expect/set to loose a week?

I've been doing this for about 6 months now at 1200 calories and eating back exercise ones. Varied exercise routine, from running to spin and pump and other classes at the gym.

Currently weigh 138 ish and looking to get to 130, nothing crazy, just that last stubborn 1/2 stone!!! I have always had my loss set to 1lb a week, however, I wonder whether given my weight and what I actually want to loose whether I should actually be eating more?

Any comments gratefully received.

    I would up your intake.
  • Another vote for 1/2 pound. If nothing else it means you're working your diet back towards what you'll be eating once you've lost the weight and therefore there is less chance of you bouncing off your ideal weight and back up the scales again.
