I have done okay with my weight loss still not at my goal weight yet. I eat unhealthy when I am under stress. Then I get back on track so far I have been doing okay. I just wish my weight would come off quicker. I started a year ago and so far only lost 50 pounds. I just wish i could kick this plateau that I am on.

its really hard to shed of the last pound i started 2 years ago lost 78lb and im still pretty heavy for my height. but i go every day to the gym because i r eally want to look good in a bathing suit this year for my family vacations ill be more than happy to share links with u to good websites with recepies and motivate you0
