I'd like to start working with free weights and I'd like to know the best website for new folks that shows the exercise and number of reps. Thanks in advance.

I find Scooby (Werkstatt) is really good. He has tons of instructional vids on YouTube on working the different body parts. There is also a website he has - I've copied the link for his ladie's dumbell workout

No guide for reps or whatever, but if you want to see the correct form, bodybuilding.com has a library of exercises0
