gross saggy skin

Hi Guys
ok Ive lost a little over 50 lbs and I dont know what to do with my gross saggy skin , upper arms and top of my inner thighs
I do cardio 3 days a week and strength training 3 days a week. I have seen people(nobody I personally know) who have lost large amounts of weight and are fit and tone how in the world did they fix the sagg???? i need some exercise ideas
have any of you been able to tighten loose skin in those places?? and also my butt i feel like it saggs to my knees lol i know it doesnt but .... ok maybe TMI sorry

    I have the same problem in the same places. I have also lost just over 50 pounds. I have another 40 or so pounds to go. I feel like if it's there now, it will be gross by the end :-(
