What motivates you?

Hey everyone!

I've been struggling a lot with my weight loss. To be honest, I haven't been able to make any effort, then a month later becomes a few months.. Then I end up looking back thinking I could be at my goal by now if I had bothered to do something TODAY!

I'm 140 pounds atm and 5"3. So ideally I shouldn't really take too long in seeing results or some kind of progress but I can't shake off the lazy mentality.

My body fat is alarmingly high and mostly all in my mid section, so I know I should be concentrating on burning and sweating off the fat as much as possible.

What gets you motivated and not be lazy?
