    You (and anyone else) can feel free to add me too, I'm always open to motivated, like-minded people! =) I'm working on losing about 150 lbs (12 down so far woohoo!), and am losing weight consistently on the Paleo eating philosophy, and more strength training than cardio (for now anyway). I'm also a 30 year old mom of 4, so if I can do it, so can you! :D
