    Some good ideas I thought I'd throw in a few of mine that I know you can get in UK (I'm in Scotland)

    Cadbury's light choc mousse - 60 cals
    Skinny Cow Triple choc bar - 87cals
    Wotsits - 99cals
    Quavers - 87cals
    Special K bar - 88cals
    small slice of toast (I use Hovis Wheatgerm) for 55cals with dairylea slice - 50 cals
    WW soup - there are a few types lower than 100, chicken noodle is only 50cals

    Didn't know vodka was only 50cals. I'm off out for a boozy lunch on Saturday so I'll be sticking to vodka I think.
