Does anyone know how accurate home scales can be when it comes to determing body fat percentage? I think that my home scale is fairly accurate weight-wise. I'm always withing a pound or two of the doctor's office. However, my scale says that I'm 48.8% body fat. I know I'm big - 5'6" and 235 - but I have way to much muscle to be 48% body fat. Where could I go to get an accurate measure?
