    I used my HRM. Just did level 2 and burned 322 calories

    ok used circuit training but I really think HRM is a better idea...may have to get one

    Im currently using the 30 Day Shred (DAY 6) and had the same question as you!

    I have entered it as my own workout..
    Ive been trying to search for how many calories you burn in Level 1 (20 minutes) and I have listed it as 140 Calories as I havent found a precice figure.
