Scale fluctuations

Last week, just for kicks, I did a little experiment over a 3-day period. I weighed myself at night just before bed and again the next morning as soon as I got up. Over 3 days, I had a 6 pound fluctuation and as much as 3 pounds over night. The fluctuations were both positive and negative.

I'm posting this for the people just starting a diet and weighing themselves every day. Don't worry about the scale so much. If you can, just weigh yourself once a week or once every other week.
