MAINTAINING 50lbs lost b4 pic and BODY pic - NEW GOALS

Well....next level has definitely begun. I have included a picture that shows some progress - and some skin! Lol. I just raised the bar on MYSELF!! And that's exactly what has to happen. Push beyond your comfort zone, do something youve never done, and don't let your age, weight, people, negative thoughts or ANYTHING else get in the way.
Ive been focusing on weighted squats - *kitten* TO THE GRASS. Build that booty.
Ive also been doing thrusters so the arms and shoulders are getting right.
And as anyone who is friends with me on here knows - I'm an elliptical girl. That cardio has melted that semi-pregnant-looking-kangaroopouch-belly I started with.
My next calendar check point is March 31st. I haven't set a goal weight because I think I'm just focusing on making sure the body is showing change. Muscle weighs more so...not too concerned w scale right this second. In April - I will.
LET'S GO PEOPLE. CREATE YOUR TOMORROW. WRITE THE VISION. MAKE IT PLAIN. DO IT. DO IT. DO IT.
